We can assist you to procure a home loan with borrowing up to 85% of the loan value ratio (LVR) with no mortgage insurance. This is exclusive to Carter Finance clients, as you can normally only borrow up to 80% of the LVR with no mortgage insurance at any bank. This can easily save you thousands of dollars.
Refinance
Carter Finance can refinance your current home loan to help you take advantage of a better interest rate, consolidate debt into one manageable payment or to free up equity.
Business Finance
Carter Finance offers short-term and long-term loans and finance solutions to help you grow your business. We can lend you money for a working capital boost or asset purchases, with borrowing of up to 65% of the loan value ratio (LVR).
Equipment Finance
Finance for business equipment, such as office equipment, telephone systems, farming, mining and cranes, is also available from Carter Finance.
